Transfer to the airport. Arrival at your hotel in Hurghada around 22:00 (time may vary depending on ticket availability and possible delays/rescheduling of the charter flight by the airline).

Additional Information:

  • You must book the excursion at least 2 days in advance (during high season, preferably a week earlier) to secure plane tickets;

  • A prepayment of $100 is required to purchase the plane ticket; in case of cancellation of the excursion — the prepayment is non-refundable (the remaining amount is paid in the transfer before the flight);

  • You must send passport photos of all travelers to issue a tourist permit from the police and purchase plane tickets;

  • Tickets are purchased for the available flights provided by charter airlines (in the evening there may sometimes be delays in Cairo);

  • Please note: if you book Program №2, but there are not enough people, and the main group is for Program №1, then Program №2 may not take place — the difference in cost will be refunded;

  • Keep in mind that Cairo airport does not have proper cafés, so we recommend taking snacks in advance in case of delays or late flights;

  • Be aware that organizer guides may offer goods for sale — this is common practice in Egypt. Remember that our online service does not control the quality or prices of such goods;

  • Entry inside the Pyramid of Khufu is not included in the price. If desired (and if there is time), tickets can be purchased at the ticket office at the pyramid entrance, cost 1500 EGP (~$30)
