Imagine leaving the noisy city behind and heading into the heart of the Sinai Desert. A buggy safari in Sharm El Sheikh is a true adventure that gives you a sense of freedom and adrenaline.

Power and speed
Buggies are lightweight, powerful, open-top vehicles designed specifically for conquering off-road terrain. They are more stable and safer than quad bikes.

Journey through the desert
Your route will take you across picturesque dunes and canyons. You’ll race through endless sandy expanses, leaving clouds of dust behind. It’s the perfect opportunity to take stunning photos against the backdrop of mountains and golden sands.

Encounter with Bedouin culture
Along the way, you’ll stop at a traditional Bedouin village, where you’ll be treated to aromatic tea. Here you can rest, talk to the locals, and learn more about their way of life.

Magical sunset
Buggy trips are usually organized at sunrise or sunset, when the sky is painted in incredible shades, making the desert even more enchanting.

Show and dinner
In the evening, you’ll enjoy a Bedouin dinner with delicious dishes, followed by an exciting show featuring oriental dances and music under the desert stars.

  • Arafat scarf (head and face cover) — available for purchase on-site ($2–3);

  • Anti-dust goggles — available for purchase on-site (about $5);

  • Drinks at the quad bike base;

  • Camel ride (+$2 — price valid only when booking through the website, higher on-site).

 

Take with you:

Water, sunglasses, comfortable clothing and shoes (warm clothes for the evening program during the winter period), wet wipes, arafat scarf (head and face cover), sunscreen.

Price:

  • $30 — one buggy for two people (total price);

  • $45 — one buggy for up to four people (total price).

Note: No discounts for children. The cost is per buggy. If one person goes alone, the full buggy price applies. The base price is $15 per person when sharing a two-seater buggy.
Private excursion available for +$12 (see details below).

Available times:

  • 03:30 (04:30 in winter, group may not be formed) — sunrise;

  • 08:30 — daytime;

  • 15:30 (14:30 in winter) — near sunset.
    Time is approximate and depends on hotel location.

What’s included in the excursion program:

  • Transfer to the buggy base (time as above; exact time confirmed after booking; transfer takes about 20–40 minutes depending on hotel location);

  • Arrival at the base, mini briefing on buggy driving (simple controls);

  • Buggy ride in the desert for about 1 hour, with stops for photo sessions;

  • Rest in a Bedouin village (tasting Bedouin tea);

  • Camel ride (introductory, mainly for photo session);

  • Return to the buggy base;

  • Transfer back to the hotel.

Additional information:

  • Groups may include 10–20 vehicles;

  • Important: If you want to ride a camel, you must inform the guide or approach directly (Bedouins may ask for tips, optional);

  • Please note: Due to Egypt’s economic situation, updating the vehicle fleet is challenging for organizers. Nevertheless, equipment is regularly monitored and maintained. If you are offered a vehicle not meeting operational standards, please immediately contact our booking department — we will coordinate with the organizer’s management to resolve the issue on-site;

  • Option for a private excursion: +$12, regardless of the number of participants. You ride without a convoy, at your own pace, accompanied by a personal guide (transfer to the base is still group-based). A Russian-speaking instructor is available at the base for briefing. An individual escort is provided for the trip.
