Tour programs vary, and you can see their descriptions below.
Day One: The Majesty of Cairo
Your adventure begins late at night. While Sharm El Sheikh is asleep, your comfortable bus departs. The road takes about 6–7 hours, and you will arrive in Cairo at sunrise. The city greets you with morning bustle and vibrant life, but the main goal is already on the horizon. You will visit the Giza Plateau, where the last pyramids — Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure — rise above the sands as silent guardians of eternity. These structures make the heart pause in awe. Nearby sits the mysterious Great Sphinx, which has kept its secrets for thousands of years. Here you will have time not only to admire the grandeur of ancient architecture but also to take unforgettable photos.
After that, you will head to the Egyptian Museum, a true labyrinth of antiquity. Its halls are filled with treasures telling the story of the pharaohs and their civilization. Here you will see Tutankhamun’s famous golden mask, his sarcophagi and personal belongings, along with mummies, papyri, and statues.
After lunch in a local restaurant, you will dive into the atmosphere of Old Cairo, visiting the famous Khan El Khalili bazaar. This oriental market is a true kaleidoscope of sounds, scents, and colors. Walking among stalls of spices, jewelry, carpets, and souvenirs, you will feel the authentic spirit of Egypt.
In the evening, you will rest at a Cairo hotel, preparing for the next day’s journey.
Day Two: The Charm of Alexandria
In the morning, after breakfast, your journey continues north to the Mediterranean Sea. The road to Alexandria takes about 3 hours. This city is a true gem, founded by Alexander the Great himself. You begin with the Alexandria Library, not just a library but a great cultural center.
Next, you will visit the Qaitbay Citadel, built on the site of the legendary Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
In Alexandria, you’ll enjoy the sea breeze and visit the Montaza Palaces, surrounded by beautiful gardens where the royal family once spent their leisure. Then you will see Pompey’s Pillar, the last witness to the city’s ancient grandeur.
